Shipping Information:
My store items are made-to-order and usually ship within a few days. Large orders may take up to 10 days to ship. After I receive your order, I will send you an email with an estimated ship date. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order ships. I use USPS shipping and I try to ship your orders as efficiently as I can, using flat rate boxes whenever possible. All US orders over $75 will receive free shipping. International orders over $75 will receive up to $10 off of the shipping total.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Please review my size charts before placing your order to make sure you're getting the right size to start. I'm happy to do size exchanges if your items are too small or too large for your baby. I cannot accept returns or exchanges on washed or used items. Since my diapers will shrink up a bit after the first wash or two, I recommend washing only one if you're concerned about possibly needing a size exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable, although I will cover shipping back to you in the case of a size exchange. Refunds will only be given if there is a workmanship flaw in an unused item. Shipping charges are not refundable and you are responsible for getting the items back to me for your refund. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted at the discretion of CYA Cloth Diapers.
